Albury Organic Vineyards

Albury Vineyard is the result of Nick Wenman’s passion for quality wine. Nick planted the vineyard in 2009 having retired from the IT industry to fulfil his dream of owning a vineyard. In 2016, Albury was voted Producer of the Year in the Surrey Life Food & Drink Awards. Nick believes that key to the success of the wines is the vineyard’s commitment to organic and biodynamic principles, together with excellent winemakers and his talented vineyard manager Alex. Alex gained her doctorate in horticulture in Milan and previously worked on vineyards in Italy, New Zealand and RHS Wisley. She is one of the few female vineyard managers in England. Her expertise is vital to the running of the vineyard, and her dog Attila is well loved by visitors!

Claire's Handmade

At Claire’s Handmade we love all types of jams, chutneys, marmalades and relishes. We are a small food producer based in the beautiful county of Cumbria, on the outskirts of the English Lake District. We spend hours in our kitchen developing new recipes and working with marvellous ingredients and flavours to make our award-winning preserves.

Dan Hull

There has always been real honesty about us and the way we make our products. It's something we're very proud of. Nothing hidden and certainly nothing added to enhance flavours or prolong life of ingredients artificially, all of my products are from my own recipe and we continuously develop new products depending on seasons, so you will never get bored of us!

My idea of great food is a simple recipe, made with best quality local ingredients. No fuss, no nonsense, just everyday food - handmade to perfection!

Hillside Foods

Located on a farm in Devon just outside Exeter, our kitchen is a place where creativity, tradition and the finest seasonal ingredients come together to create unique recipes. We specialise in small-batch production to retain the highest quality. At the Great Taste Awards, the feedback from the judges for one of our preserves was that we had ‘nailed it’ – and this is what we aim to do with each and every one of our artisan products.

Ivy House Farm

In 1982 Geoff and Kim Bowles moved to the small village of Beckington, and began farming a small herd of Friesian cows. As the price of milk continued to drop they realised something had to change or they could no longer survive as farmers so they decided to diversify. Geoff's Uncle John gave them 20 Jersey cows and a cream separator. Thirty years later Ivy House Farm is home to 120 cows, supplying customers all over the south of England.

Rococo Chocolates

Since 1983, Rococo has been pioneering the real chocolate movement. The first shop on the Kings Road made Rococo an institution in Chelsea and the original customers are still visiting. It wasn’t until 2004 that Chantal was convinced to open another shop in Marylebone, which was soon followed by the Belgravia shop that has now become the flagship. The first shop out of London was opened in Chester in 2012 in the beautiful setting of the Grosvenor Hotel.

Rococo Chocolates is often recognised for the colourful designs that house their awardwinning chocolates. The blue and white pattern that has become an iconic part of the brand was originally taken from a Victorian catalogue of chocolate moulds. Chantal first used the pattern shortly after opening Rococo and it now inspires packaging and products across the range. The Rococo Artisan Bar and Bee Bar ranges are covered in eye catching Moroccan tile patterns, inspired by Chantal’s childhood and travels.

Our signature gin, with 24 botanicals carefully chosen for their uniqueness, afford a romantic, complex flavour. The smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey. Refreshingly individual, intricately realised gin.

The Carved Angel

The Carved Angel began life in Dartmouth Devon as a restaurant in a glass fronted, three storey Tudor building where the open kitchen brought to the table the most exquisite and memorable food produced from fresh local ingredients. The highly talented Chef /Patron Joyce Molyneux named the restaurant after a wooden carving of an angel that was presented to her as a gift by a local carpenter before first opening. The statue sat proudly in the centre of the dining room until its doors closed in 2005.

During the Winter months, whilst the town was quiet, Joyce took advantage of the period to steam her Christmas Puddings made to a recipe created by the Victorian Chef Eliza Acton. Soon the success of these deliciously moist puddings spread far and wide and became the inspiration for a selection of gorgeous puddings and wonderful condiments now enjoyed throughout the foodie world!
