With dedication to their craft and maintaining traditional methods, The Weald Smokery have become known as one of the best artisan food producers operating in the UK today, helping them achieve their most recent award: Best Artisan Producer by Gourmet Britain.

Their Beginning

Recognising the huge potential for a truly authentic smokery, Andrew bought the business in 1990 and with his wife Corinne, created the multi-award winning business it is today.

In 1999 they opened their new shop and in 2003, they built their new smokehouse and food preparation rooms - allowing them to work with numerous local suppliers and make fine food easily accessible to the local area.
