Organic Greek Sheep's Milk Yoghurt, 220g, Odysea
Traditional set Greek yoghurt made from non-homogenised organic sheep's milk with a thick, creamy clotted top.
Produced in the mountainous region of Drama in Northern Greece in a dairy formed of a small farmers' cooperative, from the milk of herds that graze in the local pastures.
The dairy exclusively uses their own organic milk for the production of the yoghurt. There are two daily milk deliveries, the morning one is used for the production of the fermented products and the evening one for the fresh milk while the production of the yoghurt is completed in just 48 hours after the milk is collected from the animals.
